Our firm has offered consulting services to nonprofits for eighteen years in Portland/Vancouver Metro as well as far-flung communities of Oregon and Washington.

Randa Cleaves Abramson
Randa has involved herself in a wide range of nonprofit management responsibilities. During her career she has advised on fundraising for organizations in the arts, education, health care, and human services. Her particular focus is creating a vision that informs every process and action an organization will take, assessing development staffing and support needs, and applying those insights into all aspects of fundraising activities.
She has held leadership roles coordinating staff and volunteers during capital campaigns as staff, independent consultant , and Senior Associate including: Museum Of Flight Great Gallery ($26M), Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center new research facilities ($10M), Bellevue Art Museum, BAM 2000 New Building Campaign ($23M), and Oregon Episcopal School New Lower School ($16.5 M).

Jonathan Abramson
Jonathan’s appreciation for the nonprofit sector over the last 20 plus years has developed though his work with arts & culture, community development, education, human service and religious organizations in the United States and Singapore. Jonathan’s experiences as staff, volunteer and counsel provide unique perspectives to facilitate strategic thinking, planning, and effective communication to demonstrate the impact of these essential organizations. He also has Associate Certified Coach credentialing with the International Coaching Federation accredited NeuroLeadership Group™.
